ドライブレコーダーの設置方法について
必要な物を用意する。ドライブレコーダー本体と付属品に加え、ガラスクリーナー、配線留め、結束バンドを用意します。また、リアカメラを取り付ける場合は、リアカメラと配線も用意してください。
本体を組み立てる。説明書を参考に、本体と必要に応じてガラス面にドライブレコーダーを設置するためのブラケットを組み立てます。
取り付け位置を決める。ルームミラーと同じ高さを目安に、フロントガラスのどこにドライブレコーダーを取り付けるかを決めます。運転席の視界を遮らないように注意しましょう。
本体と配線を固定する。取り付け位置をクリーナーで拭き、両面テープで本体を固定します。電源ケーブルは、フロントガラスと内張り部の隙間に押し込んで隠し、シガーソケットやアクセサリーソケットに差し込みます。配線留めや結束バンドを使って、余分な配線をまとめましょう。

これらの行為を交通の危険を生じさせるおそれのある方法によりした場合、「交通の危険のおそれがある妨害運転」として、3年以下の懲役または50万円以下の罰金に処されることがあります1。また、重大な交通事故につながる危険を生じさせた場合、「著しい交通の危険がある妨害運転」として、5年以下の懲役または100万円以下の罰金に処されることがあります1。さらに、人を負傷させた場合は15年以下の懲役、人を死亡させた場合は1年以上の有期懲役に処されることがあります2。
煽り運転は極めて悪質で危険な行為です。絶対に行わないようにしましょう。
